How can you help your body fight COVID?

Even though regulators and Pharma companies have approved the vaccine for public use, there seems to be growing concern² among the public regarding the risks involved with the use of such vaccines, and rightfully so.
There are about 30 cases of blood clots reported for roughly each 10 million people vaccinated³ ⁴. Even though these vaccines are not determined to be the cause of the clots, it remains to be studied and investigated for possible side effects.
